I purchase 4 of these LED lights. Plug everything in after connecting everything outcome zero. These lights did not work and the remotes did not work. Tried everything from you tub videos to reconnecting and lights still didn??t work. I??m sending these back.

So this company reached out to me. I told them that the led lights did not work. They were very concerned and addressed and resolved the issue. I received a second LED lights and they worked just fine. Maybe I just had a bad batch or something the first time bc the ones they sent me have been working just find. Costumer serves was amazing this company really care about the products they put out.

DO NOT CUT THE STRIP IF YOU DONT HAVE ADDITIONAL CONNECTERS. the company should state the instead of making it seem like you can just cut it. now i have to spend more money on more lights yo buy because after the cutting point they don??t work
