Top Positive Review
First time buying an led strip and I’m very impressed with the quality, very easy setup comes with a remote so you can just plug it in and immediately get it going, plus it has extra features that let you connect your led to your internet router so you can control it anywhere through your smartphone via the app that they provide, also with the app comes lots of customizations and features so definitely check it out!!!! They have an amazing customer service team as well they respond quickly and are very helpful. I love it so much I ordered a 2nd strip.

If you plan to try and connect multiple strands of these lights together, save your sanity. I almost committed a violent crime after trying to do it for my daughter’s room. I tried for THREE hours and they would not stay connected or would not connect at all. I am an engineer, and pretty technically inclined. This was an absolutely awful, frustrating experience as you could ever imagine.
Customer Questions & Answers
What connectors have you used to connect multiple rolls?
I used the white square connectors that amazon recommended with the purchase. It was counter intuitive the way I had to snap them closed. The picture looked to me like you install them backwards from the way you actually snap them in.
You have to follow these steps:
can I use one remote for both strips? if they are the same thing or how do I connect to the same source?
Answer: There should be a connection cable on each side of he strip lights. And yes once you connect the light together you can use the same remote.
Do I have to use my phone, or does it also come with a remote?
Answer: Both actually.
Does it remember the last brightness setting when it is turned on?
Can you replace the tape with gorilla tape if it falls off?
Answer: You could but will be quite an extensive work.
