The single shortcoming I find is that Asurion never indicates the product they are covering. On the date I purchased this coverage, I also purchased four actual items that this coverage might apply to. There is no way of determining the actual item you purchased the protection plan for. It shouldn’t be that difficult for Asurion to put a note saying this coverage applies to whateve.

If I could give a negative star I would! I purchased this to coverage for a $200 fountain. they assured me it would cover a replacement if it was ever damaged. we had a severe wind storm which knocked it over breaking it. it was irreparable so I contacted them…they said

Damage from floods or any other natural catastrophe such as wind or storms that no one can prevent is not covered under your plan.

It’s an OUTDOOR fountain! Needless to say put in a complaint with Amazon and canceled all the so called protection plans I had with Asurion…Don’t waste your money. Avoid the frustration!

How do I update the firmware?
Answer: Please check if there is a red spot on the device page.

If there is no red spot, it means your firmware version is the latest.

Does the music effects only work with the mic? Can it sync with my pc and react to music while Im wearing my headphones and the room is quiet?

No. What they can do is work with either the included mic or your device??s mic and you can switch to either one through the app. This only applies to any physical sounds either mic can ??hear.?? In fact, I just tried connecting my headphones to my phone while using the ??device mic?? option on the lights and music will not??

Can these ones be plugged in and added to govee immersion system for tv? i don’t want to have to buy the pro ones and have 2 cameras!

Does it work with Siri?
