Too bad the product received bad reviews from people that either didn’t have the right Internet frequency or just didn’t know how to connect it. I had no issues connecting and using the bulbs. I don’t have anything negative to say about using the product. It works perfect to me. I will never go back to conventional bulbs.

Top Critical Review

The Bulbs themselves look great. But the privacy policy for the app that is required to use them is, something else.

The privacy policy you are required to accept to use the app says you give the OK for the company to collect an insane amount of personal information, none of it anonymized, that it can be shared with basically anyone at the their discretion.

On top of the broken English (which is always promising in a legal document), the best line was, while they will do their best to protect it, some of you data will never be deleted due to “technical reasons”.

Oh also the privacy policy is governed not by the US but China.

Great lights though, wish I could use them.

What if the password for my WiFi requires a username along with a password
Answer: In pairing mode, when the bulb is blinking, your phone will ask you to input user name and password in order to connect the bulb to wifi.

What is static mode in a scene on bulb?
Answer: It just stays red
