No instructions came with the package at all and I couldn’t find anything telling me how to connect the strips. Now I have four feet of lights that work and the rest of my strips refuse to turn on no matter what. I changed out the connector, switched how I was putting it in, tried a different strip, and NOTHING. I’m so beyond frustrated at these lights because I know they’d be amazing if they could just work. I’d never put any up before, so this is all new to me….Idk why there wouldnt at least be an instructional guide or something to hint at how I needed them set up to work.

Can I plug it on 220V?
Answer: I dont know. I think every country current volt is different. US 110 and European 220 I think. Check specifications before buying it

Is the music sync optional?
Answer: We have not tried the music sync option yet. The lights are up and working fine, without being synced to music. The smart phone app works great, for controlling the lights.

Can you control it with an Alexa?
Answer: No, this light strip doesn’t support Alexa. It just can be controlled by the remote controller and phone app.”

Can the two strips be different colors? or do you need a separate controller?
Answer: No, the strip lights are connected to the same control box.

Can this light led strip change color? Through the app?
Answer: Yes, you can change the color by the App or remote control.
