I’ve tried many different Smart bulbs over the years. Most are very meh in comparison to these. These work seamlessly in Apple Homekit. Never once had an issue turning them on or off using siri for the past few months of owning these. Definitely are a bit pricier than the other options but for long term payoff, I definitely say these are worth it in every way.

For some ungodly reason, LIFX has decided to FORCE you to onboard the bulb via homekit after turning it on. The ONLY way around this process is to WAIT 15 MINUTES. They literally do not explain this ANYWHERE in the app or in their support docs, I had to dig around online and find an esoteric engineering forum where developers had dumped their code and found it out. This company utterly hates its users. The onboarding process is a complete and utter joke. They need to pull this buggy trash from the market and make the onboarding process more user friendly and transparent before ever embarrassing themselves like this again.

Will never buy another piece of gilded trash from them again.

UPDATE: I literally have to return it. After THREE HOURS of trying, it literally will not onboard without the homekit method. I tried connecting to the devices’ WiFi network and the onboarding process never continues. What else is there to say? This product is such an absolute joke that I have to send it back because it will never ever ever ever ever connect. Hope it was worth it, LIFX! Forcing your users to use homekit won’t make them capitulate, they’ll just return your worthless garbage and buy a Phillips Hue bulb instead.

In fact, I’m throwing my existing LIFX bulbs in the garbage tonight and leaving this PATHETIC ecosystem in for good. I can’t wait for these absolute losers to go out of business because Hue is LIGHT YEARS ahead of them in the competition.

Answer: si, funciona a 220 v 50hz sin problemas… en redes 2,4g y 5g

What generation are these bulbs?
Answer: Bulbs in colorful packaging are current generation (and what I received in May 2021). Bulbs in plain white packaging are older generation bulbs (still available as refurbished on LIFX website). I see no difference in the light output between them but newer bulbs DO use much later firmware inside bulb – v3.70 versus v1.22)

Is this 110v only or 110-240v? Same as the single pack.
