I’m a fan of low lights. I hardly ever turn on my overhead kitchen light anymore unless I’m actually cooking. So great in the middle of the night, or anytime really, to just walk in & have these lights come on instantly. Bought the first set for the lower cabinets & loved it so much i bought another set for the upper cabinets. Installed in 5 mins. For me, this brand was ideal bc of the ability to plug in…I knew I would never replace batteries as would be the case with other strip lights. I’ve had them for a couple of months now with no issues…100% recommend.

After spending hours putting the lights up,, I went to attach the motion detector to the wall, and it had been assembled incorrectly, so I had to take everything down. Unfortunately, the glue in the light strip is so effective that I damaged my backsplash removing the lights

Can you connect 2 16 foot strands together with a sensor at each end and plug each end in, one at the top of the stair and the second at the bottom?
Answer: you would think so but only 1 motion detector included.

where is the sensor?
Answer: Toward one end. I put mine under my handrail on my stairs and was afraid the sensor wouldn’t kick in when I entered further from the sensor but it does. I have to have it mounted on the wall in a more conspicuous place for it to activate but I don’t mind it.

what size LEDs? 5050, 2835, etc?
Answer: They are the smaller ones. But bright enough for a gun safe!

How long is the power cable?
Answer: Not to long about 2 feet . We used a extention cord

how much space is there between cut lines on the LED strip?
Answer: About 3 inches
