I really liked these when I got them, they were easy to install and to connect with Alexa and they worked great. But now I’m having issues with them working when it gets cold outside. These floodlights are installed in the ceiling above my fireplace and now that temperatures have dropped into the single digits at night, they stopped working with Alexa and I get an error message that there’s a problem with the bulb. I’m not sure if the cold is affecting it not working or not, since the fixture is installed in the ceiling. But I think it is because if I remove the bulb and let it warm up to room temperature, then it works again. If the problem continues, I might return the bulbs.

I purchased 2 and they were working fine for one month with Alexa, then boom, they became disconnected from Alexa. I deleted them from the Alexa app, put them into discovery mode, but Alexa could not discover them again. It is weird that they both disconnected at the same time, I suspect it is something systemic with Alexa.

Answer: yes, These are 65 w and over 650 lumens,The are really bright, in contrast to a 60w bulb, it is simply the best choice.
Do these bulbs take awhile to reach their maximum brightness?
Answer: There may be a slight lag as the bulb receives the commands
