I have purchased several other Treatlife home automation products, and these new smart bulbs live up to the high quality I have come to expect. These are white only (no other colors), but the color “temperature” of the light can be tuned from a warm soft white (2700K) to a cool daylight (6500K). They were easy to set up with the app, and can be turned on/off, dimmed, and the color tuned from the app or using voice commands. Works well with Alexa. They can also be turned on/off manually using the light or lamp switch. When turned on/off from the app or voice command, there is a quick fade on/fade off effect, which is nice. When turned on/off manually, this effect is not present and the bulb turns on/off instantly. Although you can set the bulb color “temperature” to any value on the spectrum from 2700K to 6500K, there are also specific pre-set scenes for Night, Read, Working, and Leisure to reflect specific color temperatures. You can also add your own custom scenes through the app. Other features available through the app are setting a schedule or count-down timer for the bulb. Another thing that I like about these bulbs versus other smart bulbs I have used in the past is that these bulbs are much closer to the size of a standard incandescent light bulb. That has allowed me to use these bulbs in fixtures that would not accommodate a smart bulb from another manufacturer. I only had a problem using these bulbs in one area of my home, but I have determined that it is just too far from my router to maintain a reliable wi-fi connection. That same bulb works fine in another room in the house. On the whole, I’m very pleased with these bulbs, and consider them a great addition to my smart home.

Not user friendly at all. By that I mean, this is not a simple-pairing product.
As a landlord trying to add value and convenience my for tenants with ??smart technology??, this product works but requires a bit of ??button mashing??. You know, you finally get it it to work but you don??t know how you finally did it.
I would rather pay a bit more for a plug-and-play product that would make the inevitable bulb changes seamless, than to save a few bucks and have to leave detailed notes regarding ??how to change a lightbulb?? for my spouse in the event something ever happened to me.
This product absolutely does what it says it will do, but not all of us possess the train of thought to make it do so.

Can these work with smart life app? i already have this app set up and would be hassel to use another app, thank you.
Answer: Yes! I use the Smart Life APP and it work well!

Can multiple people/phones use these light bulbs? For example, can one person turn them on and another person later turn them off?
Answer: OK, You can easily share this device with your family and control it together!!!

Do these bulbs slow down wifi speeds or not much of an effect to that?
Answer: If you have enough they do create enough traffics in 2.4ghz to slow things down. I had to white list all my streaming devices to the 5hz side of my router and leave all my bulbs on the 2.4 ghz. I run 16 – 20 bulbs and plug switches.

Will the bulbs work in an enclosed ceiling fixture with the alexa app?
Answer: Yes I have 1 of the 4 installed in my kitchen inside a glass globe. The other 3 are in the bathroom in the light bar above the sink. My wife loves it now she can see to do makeup.

So I bought one of these but I don??t want my little brother messing with the lights… is there a way to set it so that only I can control the light?
Answer: The app only connects to one cloud account so he won’t be able to control unless he has access to that account but he can still turn them on or off at the switch.
