This product is amazing?? , I purchased 2 boxes, each box came with two strips. I only used 1 box. Had I used a 3rd strip it would have been to long and extra and I didn’t want to have to cut the strip so I only used two. I only had a small piece of the room to cover. Alot of people was coming about the adhesive, well not to be blunt clean your wall before applying. When hanging and connecting the adapter from the top, it will weight the strips and pull from against the wall so, I apply two pieces of tack to hold the weight against the wall and it worked perfect ??. I also used Google voice. His friend and family members love his new room look..

I set this up the day it arrived and it worked just fine. I turned it off at night and when I came back to use it the following night it would not turn on. After repeatedly unplugging it it came back on. After a short amount of time the wifi stopped working and the device became offline. App and remote were unresponsive and the color I had previously chose, would just fade in and out. Tried unplugging it again and it would not light up. Gave it another try the next day it came back on but unresponsive to the app and remote. Returning the item for a replacement to see if it was just some faulty hardware. A bit annoyed I had to pay to ship it back, so hopefully the new one works. Will update if there are no issues .

Is there a way to connect two strips?

The controller has two outlets, you can connect to a roll of light at each outlet, equivalent to two light bars connected in series, the effect is the same as directly connecting 2 light bars in series, this is to ensure the working voltage of the light bar, if two light bars series directly at one outlet, this may res??

How do I get the wifi adapter, mine did not come with one!
Answer: Hello customer, the package should include 2roll of 5 meters led strip, one power supply and one wifi controller.
