is the minimum network band 2.4 ghz, or will it only work on a 2.4 ghz. my network is a 5 ghz network band, so would it work on my network?
Answer: A 5ghz router wikk usually have a secondary chanelle that canbe set to 2.4 or 5. Just be sure on of the channels is set for 2.4.

Answer: I think you mean “efficient”? And yes, they are. They are LED.
are these bulbs compatible with the Phillips Hue Bridge?

I really do not know specifically because I don’t have a Hue. However, the Amazon description for the item states “SYLVANIA Wifi LED Smart Light Bulb, 65W Equivalent Dimmable Soft White BR30, Compatible with Alexa and Google Home Only”. A little bit more in the description it has this “SYLVANIA SMART+ light bulbs are??
Do these work with the home life app? i already use that for some of my other lights.

I am not sure what you are asking here. Please excuse my lack of knowledge but I have no clue what “the home life app” is or does. I did an Internet search and found something called Cox Homelife. All I can tell you is they work well with the Sylvania app and it was easy to get my Amazon Alexa and Echo units to cont??
